Leadership Camps

April 14th - 16th, 2025, GERALDTON

Our signature leadership camp, 'The Blokehood Project', provides empowering, transformative, challenging, and safe environments for young men aged 14-17 to develop a deeper sense of self and their place in the world as future leaders.

Our talks are designed to empower young men to become better — better friends, better brothers, better sons, and ultimately, better leaders. We pose challenging questions and guide them through a powerful process of self-inquiry and discovery. In just one hour, we take them through a transformative experience, leaving them feeling more powerful, capable, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.

Meet our Founder

TGI Founder Brenten Wellington is a multi-passionate speaker, youth leader, and entrepreneur. For almost a decade, Brenten has been sharing his message: "boys will be boys, until men lead them to become men." Brenten is a staunch advocate that young men need guidance, mentors, and comrades to successfully navigate through life, and everything he does is a reflection of his mission to empower future leaders to realize their full potential.
